	How to Start: In order to start the application process, we need information from you. Rest assured, this information is kept completely confidential. The information collected is for us to find our your particular needs and to assist us in determining how best to proceed with protecting your trademark.
	You can also download one of the three versions of our questionnaire (Online, Word, PDF), complete the information and send it to us.
	Once we have the information from you, we will prepare our "Confirmation Instructions". This document will clearly set out what we need from you in order to file your mark. After reviewing our "Confirmation Instructions" and providing us with what is needed, we are then ready to file your application immediately.
	We have been working with the Trademark Office for complete electronic filing and prosecution of all applications. Our involvement in this program means faster turn around for you, and lower costs.

	However, we need you to provide us with information so that we can prepare specific instructions to proceed with your request and let you know if there is anything else that we need. Should you need to file a maintenance or renewal application in the United States, please provide us with the registration number and we can prepare specific instructions accordingly. At no charge or obligation, we can enter information about any registered property in our database for reminders of future due dates.

	Summary of Charges:
	New United States Applications: We charge $1200.00 for filing a single class application Each additional class is $535.00 including services and official fees. These fees included our Fixed Prosecution for which we will perform application prosecution, responses, notifications to you and certificate of registration processing all without further charge. Please see our fees and our services agreement detailing what is included in our fixed fee. In short, a United States single class in use application can be fixed for as low as $1,200.
	United States § 8 & 15 Maintenance Applications: We charge $675.00 for filing a single class maintenance application for a United States applicant. Each additional class is $375.00 including services and official fees.
	United States Renewal Applications: We charge $900.00 for filing a single class maintenance application. Each additional class is $650.00 including services and official fees.
	Please note it is very rare that additional fees will be incurred in connection with maintenance and renewal applications. Under the current law, maintenance and renewal applications can now be filed within six (6) months after the due date for such filings upon the payment of additional fees.
